Helping students build emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience
RESET supports children and youth with mild intellectual disabilities (MID), learning disabilities (LD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who are struggling with behaviour, relationships, or emotional regulation at school or at home.
This innovative program helps participants understand the root causes of their behaviour and develop the tools they need to make positive choices and build stronger connections with others.
RESET is delivered in two ways:
Parents and caregivers are actively involved through education sessions and take-home resources that reinforce learning at home.
By focusing on early intervention, understanding, and empowerment, RESET helps students strengthen emotional awareness, reduce conflict, and thrive—at school, at home, and in their community.

The Ripple Effect helps youth understand that cyberviolence isn’t just “online drama”—it’s real, and its consequences reach far beyond the screen. Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, participants explore how harmful online behaviour spreads, how quickly situations can escalate, and how every click, comment, and choice can create a lasting ripple.
Youth learn to recognize the impact of cyberviolence on victims, bystanders, families, and even those causing harm. The program also includes a strong healthy relationships component—supporting youth in understanding what respect, boundaries, and consent look like not only in romantic situations, but in friendships, peer interactions, and digital communication.
We also address emerging risks, including online luring, recruitment tactics used by gangs and organized crime, and how unhealthy or exploitative relationships can develop online. Youth gain practical tools to spot red flags, support peers, make safer choices, and contribute to a healthier, more positive digital community.
The Ripple Effect empowers youth to think critically, act responsibly, and protect themselves and others—online and offline.
